Today Is The Day Of Salvation
Here's a question that cuts straight to the heart: if someone won't turn to Jesus today when it costsnothing, how can they expect to do so during the Tribulation when it will cost everything? This isn't meant to be harsh but logical and loving. Right now, accepting Christ requires only faith - no physical suffering, no economic loss, no social persecution. But during the Tribulation, following Jesus will mean facing the Antichrist's wrath, economic exclusion, and likely martyrdom. The most reasonable time to trust Christ is now, while His offer of salvation comes with peace rather than persecution.
This logic should also motivate us as believers to share the Gospel with urgency and love. Every day that passes is another day closer to when the door of opportunity closes. Today, people can call on Jesus and be saved instantly. Tomorrow might be too late. The Gospel isn't just good news - it's urgent news that demands a response while there's still time.
Bible Verse
'That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.' - Romans 10:9-10
Reflection Question
Who in your life needs to hear the Gospel message, and what's preventing you from sharing it with them today?
Quote
“Since there are no signs for the Rapture, since it could happen any minute, and since it will happen suddenly, do you not think logically that today would be a good day to get saved if you're lost?”-Jimmy Clendenin
Prayer
God, give me boldness to share Your love with those around me. Help me see each day as an opportunity to point others to Jesus. Amen.
