The Great Tribulation

Sometimes we think our current troubles are the worst things that could happen. But Jesus warned of a future time that will surpass all previous suffering in human history. The Great Tribulation will bring unimaginable hardship through deception, warfare, economic collapse, and natural disasters.

One-third of the world's population will perish, and basic necessities will become luxuries. This isn't meant to terrify us but to help us understand the gravity of what's coming and the urgency of the Gospel message. While this sounds overwhelming, remember that believers won't experience this judgment - we'll be safely with Christ. However, this reality should break our hearts for those who will face this time without hope. The same Jesus who warned about this coming tribulation also provided the way of escape through salvation. Understanding the severity of what's ahead should motivate us to share Christ's love with greater urgency and compassion, knowing that every person we encounter has an eternal destiny hanging in the balance.
