Jimmy Anderson
Deacon
Jimmy Anderson serves as a deacon at Beech Grove Baptist Church. He has been married to his wife, Vanessa, since 1986. Jimmy believes that evangelism is the first priority of the church, taking to heart Jesus’ command in Mark 16:15 (NIrV): “He said to them, ‘Go into all the world. Preach the good news to everyone.’” He prefers the NIrV translation of the Bible for its clarity and readability. In his free time, Jimmy enjoys singing and playing guitar, especially alongside Vanessa and close friends.
Colin Clendenin

A second generation preacher and pastor, he has been married to Hope since 1987. A retired educator and the proud parent of a son, Jimmy is blessed with a grandson! He is very proud of his nieces and his nephew who have all completed or are completing their degrees.
Jimmy holds a Bachelor's Degree from University of Tennessee at Martin and a Master's Degree from Trevecca Nazarene.

Chairman of Deacons, Treasurer
Brother Billy joined the church in 1952 and became the Treasurer in 1965. His father, Ernest and his son, Joey were both deacons of the church as well!
