Living for His Glory
Imagine if everything you did today was done to honor Jesus Christ and bring glory to God. How would that change your attitude at work? Your interactions with family? Your response to frustration? When you live with this single focus, something beautiful happens - you naturally put away the destructive behaviors that once defined you. You don't have to struggle against anger, greed, or malice when your heart is set on glorifying Christ. As God's chosen one, holy and dearly loved, you have both the identity and the power to live this way. This isn't about perfection - it's about direction. Every moment offers a choice: will you act from your new nature in Christ or reach back to what's been removed? When your goal is Christ's glory, the choice becomes clearer. You're not just avoiding sin; you're actively pursuing righteousness. You're not just putting off the old; you're putting on the new. This is the life you were saved for - not just forgiveness from sin, but transformation into His likeness.
Bible Verse
'And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.' - Colossians 3:17
