God Can Use You
When Jesus called His disciples, most were teenagers or young adults. But Peter was different - he was in his thirties, the oldest of the group. This reminds us that God's calling isn't limited by age. Whether you're just starting your faith journey as a young person or discovering God's purpose later in life, He has a plan for you.
Peter's age didn't automatically make him the most mature disciple. In fact, he often displayed the most immaturity despite his years. This teaches us that spiritual maturity isn't about how long we've been alive, but about how surrendered we are to God's will. God looks at the heart, not the birth certificate. He sees potential where others see limitations. Your age -whether young or old - is exactly where God wants to use you. Don't let anyone tell you you're too young to make a difference, and don't believe the lie that you're too old to start something new.
The beautiful truth is that God specializes in using ordinary people of all ages to accomplish extraordinary things. Peter's story shows us that maturity comes through surrender, not through years.
