It’s Never Too Late to Start
Maybe you have read through this week and felt the weight of where you have fallen short. Maybe
there are years of passivity, missed moments, or broken trust between you and your children. If that is where you are, this final word is for you: it is never too late to start. God is not finished with you as a Father. He is the perfect model for every earthly dad. He protects, loves unconditionally, teaches through His Word, and disciplines for our good. And He is ready to help you become the Father your family needs. You can begin tonight. Pray with your family. Open the Bible together. If you have hurt your children or set a poor example, ask for their forgiveness. That act alone teaches them something powerful about humility, repentance, and grace. Proverbs 22:6 reminds us that training a child in the way they should go is a long-term investment. It is never wasted. And it is never too late to begin making deposits. The calling of fatherhood is a divine one. God chose you for your family on purpose. Step into that calling today, not tomorrow, not when things settle down. Today.
Bible Verse
"Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it." - Proverbs
22:6
